What are Talismans in Minecraft Dungeons II?

Talismans are a new equipment system in Minecraft Dungeons II. Xbox Wire’s official hands-on report says the sequel has three Talisman slots and describes Talismans as providing passive bonuses that further shape a player’s build.

Is any specific Talisman confirmed?

Xbox Wire’s hands-on writer describes finding a bone Talisman in the demo that summoned a dog companion. The companion attacked enemies, drew aggro, took damage, and respawned after going down on a short timer in that demo experience.

That is a confirmed report of demonstrated gameplay, not a promise that every final-game value or behaviour is unchanged at release.

Do Talismans support companion builds?

The same report describes pairing the companion with a weapon enchantment that could create regeneration spots after kills. The writer wondered about a more minion-focused playstyle, but no official “minion build” class or final recommendation has been announced.

What is still unknown?

The game does not yet have a complete official Talisman list, names, rarity data, acquisition routes, passive formulas, or stacking rules. Those are exactly the facts that individual Talisman pages will need after launch.
